This policy explains where we ship, how much shipping costs and how long it takes for your order to arrive.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fee. The shipping cost shown at checkout is always $0.00.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 6–9 business days of payment being confirmed. This total includes the time we need to prepare and pack your order and the time in transit.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day.

Orders are shipped with a trusted carrier and carefully packed for transport.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by carrier volume, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed by email.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not shipped yet.

Damaged or missing packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the package or product is damaged, or a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. We will work with you on a replacement or refund, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
